摘要
选用高粱品种B2V4×1383-2杂交组合获得的F2分离群体(共150个个体)为材料,以SSR标记构建高粱的连锁图谱。通过对129对Xtxp型SSR引物组合进行筛选,共得到75对多态性引物,利用筛选出的75对引物进行选择性扩增,得到了75个SSR多态性位点。经Map maker/EXP(version 3.0)软件处理,构建了包含12个连锁群,46个遗传标记的连锁图谱,该图谱覆盖443.9 cM,平均图距为9.6 cM。
Sorghum [Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench] is one of important crops in the semi-arid region of the world that receives growing attentions in genetic research due to its adaptation to harsh environments, diverse germplasm collection, and relatively small genome size (750 Mb). Based on SSR (simple sequence repeats) markers and using Map maker/EXP (version 3.0), a molecular genetic map of sorghum was constructed using the population Fz derived from the cross of B2V4 × 1383--2. By screening 129 SSR primer combinations, 75 polymorphic bands were obtained from 75 pairs of primers. Twelve linkage groups were constructed, which covering 443. 9 cM of sorghum genome, with the average interval of 9.6 cM.
