老年原发性高血压患者血清脑钠肽水平与左室功能相关性研究 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨血清脑钠肽(BNP)水平与老年原发性高血压(EH)患者收缩压、舒张压水平及左室肥厚的相关性。方法采用ELISA法检测32例无左室肥厚组和20例左室肥厚组老年原发性高血压患者的血清BNP水平,并与30例健康老年人(对照组)进行比较。结果患者血清BNP水平显著高于对照组者(P<0.01),肥厚组明显高于无肥厚组(P<0.01);EH患者血清BNP水平与平均动脉压、LVEF、E/A均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清BNP水平与EH平均动脉压及左室肥厚相关,可以作为反映EH病情严重程度的生化指标。
