蔡氏扶正消癥汤对胃癌SGC-7901细胞黏附分子表达的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨蔡氏扶正消癥汤对人体外生长胃癌细胞SGC-7901表面黏附分子的影响以及作用的计量和效应关系。方法:流式细胞仪检测细胞膜表面E-Cadherin,CD44,CD44-v6和CD54的表达。结果:蔡氏扶正消癥汤作用48h后,SGC-7901细胞膜表面的E-Cadherin表达增高,CD44、CD44-V6和CD54表达减少。随着药物剂量增加,E-Cadherin表达阳性细胞表达逐渐升高;CD44、CD44-v6、CD54表达的阳性细胞比率逐渐下降,抑制率也逐渐升高。结论:蔡氏扶正消癥汤在抑制人胃癌细胞SGC-7901体外增殖的基础上,能够增加胃癌细胞SGC-7901表面E-Cadherin的表达,减少胃癌细胞SGC-7901表面CD44,CD44-V6和CD54的表达,并在计量和效应间存在联系,说明蔡氏扶正消癥汤能阻止胃癌SGC-7901细胞对邻近正常组织的浸润及远处转移,从而发挥抗癌作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects as well as dose and effects relationship of Prescription of Cai-shi-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-Tang on the proliferation and cell adhesion molecule changes of human gastric carcinoma cell line SGC-7901 in vitro. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to analyze the expression of cell adhesion molecules, including E-Cadherin, CD44, CD44-V6 and CD54. Results: Cai-shi-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-Tang inhibited the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner, with the expression of E-cadherin increased concomitant with CD44, CD44- V6 and CD54 depressed. Conclusion: Cai-shi-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-Tang plays its anti-cancer function through inhibit proliferation and effect on cell adhesion molecules.
