摘要
目的:探讨提高本科护生护理科研能力的方法。方法:将进入生产实习的本科护生作为研究对象,通过帮助学生端正态度、举办讲座、指导教师严格把关并加强指导教师的管理等措施。结果:本科护生毕业论文水平明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:护理本科护生作为护理事业的高层次人才,其良好的护理科研能力具有非常重要的意义,应转变学生观念,激发科研热情,同时应加强指导教师管理,提高护理科研水平。
Objective： To explore the method in improving the research ability of undergraduated nurse students. Methods：The undergradu-ate nurse students in production practice stage was taken as the research object. Corrected their attitud held a training course,strengthened the management of guiding teacher and checked every steps of research by the guiding teacher. Results： The level of graduation thesis of undergraduate nurse students was improved significantly. Conclusions： For improving the ability of research, we must stimulate enthusiasm of nurse students, set a good example by the teacher＇s conduct.
