雅安藏茶对氧自由基清除能力评价 被引量:19

摘要 对雅安藏茶的水浸出物清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)和羟自由基(.OH)的能力进行评价。结果表明,当反应体系中雅安藏茶水浸出物浓度分别为4.8 mg/L和40.5 mg/L时,对超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)和羟自由基(.OH)的清除率达最大值,分别为(90.07±0.01)%和(88.70±0.02)%。以半抑制浓度(IC50)作评价指标,试样清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力大小顺序为:藏茶>藏茶原料>绿茶;试样清除羟自由基能力大小顺序为:绿茶>藏茶>藏茶原料;并且都高于Vc、VE、BHA、BHT等常用的抗氧化剂对这两种氧自由基的清除能力。雅安藏茶清除上述两种氧自由基效果十分显著,呈现了明显的量效关系,说明雅安藏茶也具有相当的抗氧化功能。 This article studied the scavening effects of Yaan Tibet tea's extraction on the ultra oxygen anion free radical (O2-) and the hydroxy free radical ( ·OH). By the chlorination nitryl (NBT) light reducing process and the neighbour two nitrogen Philippines --Fe2+ oxo-process, it tested the scavening rate of the reagent to the two kinds of oxygen free radical. The results showed that when the Yaan Tibet tea's extraction density was 4.8 mg/L and 40.5 mg/L respectively in the reacting system, the scavening rate to the (O2- ) and the hydroxy free radical (·OH) reached the maximum, (90.07±0.01)% and (88. 70±0.02)% respectively, with IC50 as the evaluating indicator, the order of the regent's ability to scaven the ultra oxygen anion free radical was as follows: the Tibet tea 〉 Tibet tea raw material 〉 the green tea; the order of the regent's ability to scaven hydroxy free radical was: Green tea 〉 Tibet tea 〉 Tibet tea raw material. All these abilities are xtronger than these of Vc, VE, BHA, BHT. Yaan Tibet tea had remarkable ability to 5caven the two kind5 of oxygen free radicals, and it had presented an obvious relation between quantity and effect. So it indicated that Yaan Tibet tea also had certain oxidation resistance function.
