摘要
通过正交试验设计研究了溶液培养条件下Pb2+、Cd2+、Ni2+复合污染对茶树生长的影响以及茶树对Pb2+、Cd2+、Ni2+的吸收积累特性。结果表明,复合污染条件下,茶树表现出失水萎蔫、中下部叶片异常脱落和失绿黄化等受害症状。各元素在茶树体内的分布积累规律:Pb表现为吸收根>主根>主茎>枝条>叶片>新梢;Cd表现为主根或吸收根>主茎>新梢>枝条>叶片;Ni则表现为主根或吸收根>主茎>新梢>枝条或叶片。Ni2+、Cd2+在茶树体内的移动性均强于Pb2+。复合污染条件下,某一元素在茶树体内的积累量除受元素本身的性质影响外,还受到该元素的环境浓度、共存元素的性质与浓度的影响,并随茶树体部位不同,其影响顺序和作用结果也不同。
The growth of tea plant in the compound pollution of Pb2+ , Cd2+ and Ni2+ as well as the absorption and accumulation of Pb2+ , Cd2+ , Ni2+ in tea plant were studied with Hogland solution culture. The results showed that, under the conditions of compound pollution, the tea plants withered with losing water, the middle and lower parts of tea plant leaves abnormally shed and displayed etiolation. The distribution and accumulation rules of heavy metals in different parts of tea plant were different. The order of Pb was absorbing roots〉main roots〉stems〉tress〉 leaves〉tea flush, that of Cd is main roots or absorbing roots〉stems〉tress〉leaves〉tea flush, and that of Ni is main roots or absorbing roots〉stems〉teaflush〉tress or leaves. The transfer abilities of Ni2+ , Cd2+ in tea plant were much stronger than that of Pb2+. Under the conditions of compound pollution, the accumulation of one kind of heavy metal in tea plant was not only affected by the element itself but also by its environmental concentration, the nature of coesistent elements and their environmental concentration. For different parts, the effect orders and results of coesistent elements were different.
