摘要
以MGK7350平面磨床为研究对象,利用有限元软件ANSYS创建了机床的有限元模型,分析了机床主要移动部件在不同工作位置时机床主轴静刚度的变化特性,根据分析结果,给出了改善和提高的意见和建议。
The research object of this paper is the MGK7350 Surface Grinding Machine. Using ANSYS software to establish the whole machine model for the machine. Meanwhile, carry out the infinite element analysis for the machine static stiffness in the range of grinding. At last propose the suggestions for improving the static stiffness of this machine.
