摘要
根据镇流器罩结构特点及技术要求,制订了合理的冲压成形工艺方案,介绍了模具结构设计、工作过程,对设计注意事项进行了分析、归纳和总结。实践证明,上述冲压工艺生产效率较高,模具结构合理,能保证镇流器罩的形状及尺寸精度要求,对同类模具设计与制造具有一定的参考价值。
According to the structural characteristics and technical requirements of the ballast covering, the reason able technology scheme of stamping forming was worked out. The structural design of the die and the course of work were described. The pivotal design of the die was analyzed and summarized. Practice has proved that production efficiency of the pressing technology is high, the die structure is reasonable, the shape and dimensional precision of the ballast covering are assured, and has reference value to the congener die designing and manufacturing.
