摘要
板料弯曲时 ,弯曲角度为 1 80°的零件的成形较为困难。现设计了一套采用铰链式凸模的镇流器装配模 ,能较好地解决镇流器壳边 1 80°弯曲的难题。
When a bending angle of parts is 180°, the forming is very difficult. Now we have designed a assembling die with hinge type punch, it can solve the problem of 180° angle bending of the ballast′s shell edge.
