摘要
用EJMA公式对矩形波纹管进行了应力计算,并用有限元法和试验法进行了应力分析研究,指出矩形波纹管最大应力位于接角焊缝处。建议对焊缝进行焊后打磨以降低焊缝处应力集中水平。
Stress of rectangular bellows is calculated with formulates of EJMA and is studied through bellows stress tests and finite element analysis. The results indicate that the stress of joint weld lines is the maximum. The paper also suggests that the weld lines be polished in order to reduce the stress concentration.
