摘要
外籍教师的引进对我国高校外语教学的发展和人才培养起到了积极的作用,但同时也出现了一些问题。文章列举了引进外籍教师的优势,分析了其教学管理中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了加强外籍教师教学管理的具体措施。
The introduction of foreign teachers has produced positive effects in the development of foreign languages teaching and talent cultivation in universities. However, it also produces some new problems in their teaching managements. This paper not only lists the advantages of teaching by foreign teachers but analyzes the problems appeared in their teaching methods as well. Above all, this paper presents some suggestions on strengthening teaching management of foreign teachers.
