摘要
加强管理,明确目标,做好新形势下外籍教师的聘请管理工作,是高校引进智力,促进学科建设与发展,解决专业师资不足,提高了教学质量的主要工作。
The retaining administration of foreign teachers in the new situation, as well as the exertion of the retaining benefit furthest , is a major task of universities in promoting disciplinary construction and development, supplementing the shortage of teaching resource and enhancing teaching quality. The exertion of retaining benefit, realized through reinforced administration, definite aims, srtiet quality and perfect logistic service, is an essential part of foreign teachers'engagement in universities.
