摘要
"城中村"具有城乡二元结构特征,同时又具有其他农村所没有的区位和经济优势;在统筹城乡发展中,"城中村"是最有条件率先实现统筹的地区。重庆市作为全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区,在"城中村"改造中尚存在一些不利于统筹的问题,应树立新的改造指导思想,创新改造模式和改造方式以及征地补偿制度,促进"城中村"融入城市。
＂Village inside a city＂ has urban-rural dual structural characteristics and also has regional and economic advantage which other villages do not have. In overall urban and rural development, ＂villages inside a city＂ have the priority to realize overall urbanrural development. Chongqing, as a national reform test zone of overall urban-rural development, has some problems which are not beneficial to overall development in reconstruction of ＂villages inside a city＂. New reform guidance thought should be set up, reform mode and reform methods and compensation for expropriation of land should be innovated to promote ＂villages inside a city＂ to integrate into a city.
