摘要
研究了硅灰石作为木浆填料造纸时,硅灰石的加填量及纸浆打浆度等工艺条件对于成纸强度性能以及硅灰石留着情况的影响。结果表明,成纸物理强度随硅灰石加填量的增加而下降,但硅灰石加填量为30%时成纸强度性仍满足一般印刷类用纸及文化用纸的要求;纸浆打浆度的提高对提高纸页强度及硅灰石的留着率有一定帮助,纸浆打浆度为44°SR^48°SR时木浆填加硅灰石成纸的强度最大,纸浆打浆度为48°SR时硅灰石留着情况最佳;硅灰石留着率在75%以上,远高于常规造纸填料。
This article discusses the influence of paper strength and retention of wollastonite by dosage of wollastonite and beating degree of the pulp when fill wollastonite into wood pulp. The results shows that paper strength decreases with increase of wollastonite dosage, but paper strength can meet requirement of ordinary printing paper and cultural paper as the dosage of wollastonite is less than 30% , and the paper strength and retention of wollastonite increases by increasing the beating degree,paper strength is maximum when the beating degree is 44°SR - 48°SR, and the retention of wollastonite is optimum when the beating degree is 48°SR, the retention of wollastonite is higher than 75% , which exceeds that of conventional filler used in papermaking.
