摘要
利用石油蜡开发一种新型离子化乳化石蜡胶（ＩＥＷＳ），其在酸性至碱性的宽ｐＨ值条件下施胶时，所得手抄片的施胶度和纤维的留着率均明显优于使用松香胶的酸性施胶系统。探讨了ＩＥＷＳ的制备工艺过程和主要影响因素。
This paper studies the preparation of ionization emulsion wax size (IEWS)which is one kind of cationic self-retaining sizing agent.The influence factors about the IEWS preparation have been discussed.The IEWS can be used to size at pH5.5～10.0.The experimental results show that IEWS has higher sizing efficiency and better retention rate than conventional rosin acid sizing system.If the rosin size combines with the IEWS,its sizing efficiency will be greatly improved in acid sizing system.
