摘要
建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定橙汁中橙皮苷和柚皮苷的方法,并对不同厂家生产的橙汁饮料中橙皮苷和柚皮苷进行了比较。采用SHIMADZU VPODS(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱;V(乙腈):V(磷酸水溶液)=22:78(pH3.5)为流动相,流速为1.2mL/min;检测波长为283nm。结果待测组分与其他组分分离度良好(〉1.5),橙皮苷和柚皮苷线性范围分别为2.8~56.0μm/mL和0.43~8.6μm/mL,橙皮苷和柚皮苷的平均回收率分别为99.9%,98.9%,RSD分别为1.9%,1.3%。
To establish a RP-HPLC method to detemaine the contents of hesperidin and naringin in orange juice drinks and compare the content of hesperidin and naringin in orange juice drinks which were produced by different factories. With SHIMADZU VP-ODS (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) as a column and CH3EN-(H3P04. pH 3.5) (22:78) as the mobile phase, the flow rate is 1.20 mL/min and the detection wavelength is 283 nm. The separation between the determined components and other components is favoumble ( R 〉 1.5). The linear ranges of hesperidin and naringin are from 2.8 to 56.0μm/mL and 0.43 to 8.6 μm/mL respectively. The average recoveries of hesperidin and naringin are 99.9 % and 98.9 %, and their RSDs are 1.4 % and 2.3 %, respectively.
