摘要
为了分析影响网络教育发展的因素,从两个方面对现代网络教育主讲教师需要具备的基本素养进行了分析,提出对网络教育主讲教师进行培训的必要性,并对培训内容做了详细的分析论述,最后,根据绩效管理理论,就培训后教师能力发展的重要性做了简要论述并提出提高教师培训绩效的五点策略。
In order to analyze the influencing factors of the development of the school of Network Education, this article analyzes teachers＇ qualifications necessarily required in two aspects. Based on the analysis, the article further puts forward the necessity of training the teachers of School of Network Education. Meanwhile, also the training course is depicted in detail. Finally, the importance of ability development after the training is analyzed according to the Training Performance Management Theory, and five policies for improving performance of teachers＇ training are proposed.
