摘要
本文研究了快速测定高岭土中全硫的NaOH间接滴定法。样品用碱性熔剂半熔,在熔块用水浸取后的微酸性溶液中,先将转化后的硫酸盐沉淀为硫酸联苯胺,沉淀过滤并溶于热水后,再以酚酞作指示剂,用NaOH标准溶液滴定至终点。结果表明:改进后的本法操作简单、测定快捷、准确度高、干扰小,可满足生产要求,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)仅为2.09%,加标回收率(R)在94.3%~101.6%之间。
The study deals with rapid method of determining total sulphur content in kaolin by NaOH indirect titration.Samples were semi-melted with flux of alkalescence. In the weak acid solution, sulphur were translated into SO4^2- after the melt was then soaked with water and the solution was filtered, When the benzidine sulfate sediment was filtered and dissolved with hot water, the filtrate was titrated to end point with the phenolphthalein as an indicator and NaOH standard solution.The results show that the improved method is an easy-operating way with the fast determination, high accuracy and with little disturbance.It can meet the demand of production.The relative standard deviation is 2.09% and the recovery rate of add standard is between 94.3% and 101.6%.
