摘要
研究了采用硫酸联苯胺法测定原盐中硫酸根。试样溶解后,在微酸性溶液中,盐酸联苯胺能与SO42-生成硫酸联苯胺沉淀,沉淀过滤并溶于热水后,以酚酞为指示剂,用NaOH标准溶液进行滴定。考察了沉淀剂用量、溶液酸度、干扰离子及指示剂的选择对测定的影响。本法简单、快捷、干扰小,可用于原盐中硫酸根的测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)仅为0.1%,加标回收率在98.1%~100.8%之间。
The study deals with the rapid determination of sulfate radical in the intrinsic salt sample by the benzidine sulfate deposition and alkali titration. After sample was dissolved in weak acid solution, benzidine hydrochloride reacted with SO4^2- to produce benzidine sulfate sediment, which was filtered and dissolved with hot water. The titration of SO4^2- was carried out using the standard solution of NaOH, with the phenolphthalein as an indicator. The influences of precipitant dosage, solution acidity, interfering ions and selection of indicator on the determination were investigated. The method is simple, quick, little interference. The relative standard deviation of 0.1% ,and the recovery rate of 98.1% - 100.8 % were obtained in the application of this method to the determination of SO4^2- in intrinsic salt.
