摘要
以东京为例,从城市发展的历史、城市规划和建设及其电网发展历程这三个方面进行系统分析,并对东京经济发展特性、电网与经济发展协调度以及其管理制度和政策进行评价,总结东京城市管理模式的经验和教训。对中国城市电网发展提出了合理化建议。
City of Tokyo is analysed in terms of the history of urban development, urban planning and construction, as well as the development of power network. It discusses the the characteristics of the economic development in Tokyo, evaluates the coordination between urban development and grid deveopment, as well as the management policies and regulations. Finally a brief summary of the experience drawn from the Tokyo mode is outlined and proposals are presented regarding the grid development in China.
