摘要
目的观察桃红四物汤加味治疗乳腺癌术后上肢肿胀的疗效。方法运用桃红四物汤辨证加减治疗乳腺癌术后上肢肿胀91例,疗程1个月。结果显效31例,有效49例,无效11例,总有效率为87.9%。结论桃红四物汤加减治疗乳腺癌术后上肢肿胀疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of “Taohong Siwu Decoction” in the treatment of upper limb edema after mammary cancer surgery. Methods “Taohong Siwu Decoction” was modified to treat 91 cases of upper limb edema after mammary cancer surgery for one month. Results Thirty-one cases obtained marked effectiveness, 49 cases effectiveness and 11 cases failure, and the total effective rate was 87.9%. Conclusion “Taohong Siwu Decoction” is quite effec- tive against upper limb edema after breast cancer surgery.
