摘要
目的通过问卷调查临床护士工作中主要的压力源,以采取有效的应对方式帮助护士减轻或消除工作压力。方法采用护士工作压力源量表及压力应付方式问卷表对临床护士进行调查。结果临床护士普遍存在的工作压力源与专业及工作方面的压力、工作超负荷、患者护理方面的压力、工作环境及资源方面的压力、管理及人际关系方面的压力、家庭生活压力等多方面有关。其中不同年龄婚否组护士压力程度的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过减轻工作强度,改变管理作风,科学的培养和使用护士,提高护士社会地位,调动家庭支持系统等措施,能减轻护士工作压力。
Objective To find out the source of working pressure in nurses and its solution by questionnaires, so as to help nurses relieve the working pressure. Methods The working pressure in nurses was investigated by questionnaires. Results Working stress was related with profession, overloading work, nursing of patients, work enviroment, management and interpersonal relations, family, et al. The difference among different age and marriage-state groups is statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Working stress can be expected to be relieved by decreasing working intensity,shifting the administration style,employing the nurses reasonably,improving nurses' social situation, calling on the family-supporting system, et al.
