摘要
结合地方治理理论,分析我国农村公共产品供给严重不足的问题,认为要进一步强化和优化政府在农村公共产品供给中的主体性地位,同时拓展包括市场以及第三部门等在内的供给主体,使之成为我国农村公共产品供给的重要渠道,以保证农村公共产品的有效供给。
Based on the theory of local-governance, the problem of serious shortage of rural public goods in China is analyzed. It is pointed out that the government as the main body of the rural public products supplying must be strengthened and optimized, meanwhile, the main supply including the commercial supply from market and the voluntary supply of the third sector should be developed as the important channel to ensure the effective supply of rural public goods.
