摘要
简要介绍低噪声放大器(LNA)电路设计的基本理论,分析器件ATF-54143的稳定性,提出改善的方法;详细阐述了应用于WCDMA分布式基站接收前端LNA电路的平衡式结构和匹配网络的分析及设计方法,并利用ADS软件对设计的LNA电路进行仿真与优化。制成品的实测结果表明,该LNA电路射频性能良好,并且具有较好的可移植性,能够应用于WCDMA多个频段。
This paper briefly presents the theories of designing RF Low Noise Amplifiers(LNAs) ,then analyses the stability of the device ATF - 54143 adopted in this design and proposes an effective method to improve it. Methods of analyzing and designing balanced configuration and matching networks of LNA used in receiver front - ends for WCDMA Distributed Base Station (BTS) are expatiated, which is simulated and optimized using Advance Design System (ADS). Practical test and debugging of the product demonstrate that the LNA has great capabilities and works well,and can be applied to multi- band of WCDMA with its all - right general utility.
