摘要
教师道德冷漠是教师与学生之间实现有效沟通的障碍,导致教师对学生缺乏同情、理解、爱护,缺乏与学生进行有效沟通的积极性,使教师无法履行教书育人的神圣使命。所以必须引起教师本人和学校管理者的高度重视,并采取适当的措施进行矫治。
Teachers′ moral indifference is the obstacle among teachers and students to achieve effective communication, which leads to teachers′ lack of sympathy, understanding and love for students, and lack of the enthusiasm to communicate with students effectively, as a result, teachers can not fulfill the sacred mis- sion of teaching. Therefore, teachers and school administrators must attach great importance to these situations and take appropriate measures for rehabilitation.
