摘要
目的:评价小檗碱衍生物HB-13凝胶治疗单纯疱疹病毒1型(herpes simplex virus,HSV-1)豚鼠皮肤感染的疗效。方法:用HSV-1在豚鼠皮肤造模,感染后1小时开始局部给药,每日2次,连续7天。同时以阿昔洛韦凝胶和喷昔洛韦乳膏阳性对照,及凝胶基质和空白对照。结果:与空白对照相比,0.5%HB-13凝胶可减轻皮损评分,促进结痂,但不能缩短病程。结论:0.5%HB-13凝胶对HSV-1感染有明显减轻临床症状的作用。
Objective： To assess the efficacy of berberine derivative HB - 13 against HSV - 1 infected guinea pig skin. Methods- Guinea pig skin was infected by HSV- 1. After lh infection, 0.5% HB- 13 gel was applied locally, twice a day for seven days. Aciclovir gel, penciclovir cream and basic gel were used as controls. Results： Local treatment of 0.5 % HB- 13 gel reduced the average scores of skin lesion, accelerated cresting, but did not reduce healing time. Conclusion： 0.5% lib - 13 gel can significantly improve clinical symptom for HSV - 1 infection.
