摘要
介绍了使用VB对Solid Edge进行二次开发的基本方法,这种方法以变量输入的方式代替交互式绘图,将具有约束关系的尺寸相互关联,可以避免系列化产品设计过程中尺寸修改所带来的重复工作,并在此基础上实现了加热炉的三维变量化设计及装配,显著提高了设计效率并可以为后续分析提供实体模型。
This paper introduced the secondary exploitation method based on Solid Edge with Visual Basic, and this method is realized by variable input instead of manual drawing. It links those dimensions which restrict each other, for this reason it can avoid the repeated work during the design process. Based on which the three-dimensional variable design of furnace is realized, it can also improve the design efficiency and provide a model for subsequent analysis.
