摘要
对目前常用炉型的特点进行探讨,介绍了蓄热式加热炉、组合式加热炉和常规式加热炉的优缺点,并比较分析了各类炉型的适用范围。明确了针对不同煤气、不同钢种和不同环境情况下应使用的炉型。为钢铁企业合理利用能源提供了参考,同时也为炉型的设计提供了选择依据。
The virtue and disadvantage of regenerative reheating furnace, reheating furnace of combine walking-beam type and conventionality reheating furnace were introduced, and then comparatively analyzed the applied area of kinds of reheating furnace. The appropriate type of furnace was determined according to different coal gas, different steel and different condition. The reference for the using of iron and steel industry and the basis of furnace design were provided.
