In the measurement of detonation velocity, the time accuracy is required to be 0. 1 μs and at least five specimen of explosive is tested, then the mean and standard deviation is calculated to see whether the results are within the requirement of standards. A microprocessor circuit and the related program were introduced to serve such measurement and calculation.
