摘要
提出了基于一次二阶矩的计算方法。在不知道应力与强度的分布类型和参数的情况下 ,不需要复杂的积分计算 ,而仅有一定的资料确定它们的均值和标准差 ,即可求出其可靠度系数值 ;并通过齿轮传动的可靠性设计实例 ,表明这种方法的可行性与实用性 ;同时通过实例 ;提出了齿轮可靠性设计中所涉及的大量随机变量的处理方法 ,这对于其它零件的可靠性设计变量的处理 。
When the detailed stress and strength distribution are unknown, but its means and standard deviations are known, we can calculate its reliability coefficient by the Linear second order moment method. In addition, an actual example of gear reliability design is carried out, and its result shows that the method is feasible and practical. At the same time, some methods of treatment random variable in reliability design are given.
