摘要
企业家角色的特殊性,决定了企业家在经济社会发展中具有不可替代的功能和作用,企业家作用的发挥常受企业家精神的制约。文章通过对粤浙皖商人企业家精神的比较,揭示出不同地区的企业家群体因精神特质的显在差异,导致的经营行为和经济发展水平的重大差异。文章对现代徽商重振企业家精神并引领安徽经济快速崛起,有一定的启迪与指导价值。
The specialty of enterprisers decides irreplaceable function in economic and social development. But exerting the function of enterpriser was restricted by the sprit of enterpriser. This thesis reveals the significant difference which is the colony of enterpriser＇s sprit of specialty in different areas through comparing the sprit of enterpriser among Guangdong, Zhejiang and Anhui. The difference causes the significant difference between behavior of management and level of development of economic. This thesis has certain edifying and guiding value for Anhui businessman to develop the spirit of enterpriser and to guide the development of economic in Anhui province.
