摘要
针对花岗片麻岩碎石压碎值偏大的问题,研究了压碎值介于9%—24%之间的6种花岗片麻岩碎石分别对目标强度等级C30、C60、C80三种混凝土的抗压、抗折、劈拉强度和弹性模量的影响,并与一种优质石灰岩碎石混凝土进行了对比。28 d龄期试验结果表明:在相同配合比条件下,碎石压碎值与混凝土抗压强度的关系并不显著,而对抗折强度、劈拉强度和弹性模量的影响更大,后者基本随碎石的压碎值的增大而减小。
To solve the problem of high crushing value of granitic gneiss coarse aggregates, the effects of the crushing value on the compressive, flexural and splitting tensile strengths, and the elastic modulus of concretes with the target strength grades of C30, CA50 and C80 were respectively investigated. Six granitic gneiss coarse aggregates with the crushed stone values ranging from 9 % to 24 % and a limestone coarse aggregate were used in the tests. The results show that there is no obvious relationship between the crushing value of coarse aggregate and the compressive strength of concretes with the same mixture proportion. However, the flexural strength, splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus of concretes decreased with the increase of the crushing value.
