Progress in Study on Detection Technique of Rotavirus

摘要 轮状病毒是引起婴幼儿病毒性腹泻最常见的病原体,对轮状病毒进行快速、准确的检测,对轮状病毒感染的病原学、流行病学研究以及疫苗的研制和治疗效果评价均有重要意义。本文就轮状病毒检测技术的最新研究进展作一综述。 Ratavirus (RV) is the most familiar cause of severe gastroentefitis in young children. The rapid and accurate detection of RV is of important significance not only in etiological and epidemiological studies on RV infection, but also in the development of vaccine as well as evaluation of curative effect. The progress in study on detection technique of RV is reviewed in this paper.
