摘要
目的:根据不同氮素营养水平对黄连生长的影响,寻找最佳氮素浓度。方法:采用砂培法。结果:低氮(1/5氮)能明显地减轻缺氮症状,但过高的氮浓度(2氮)也影响黄连新根的形成及地上部位叶的生长,叶片硝酸还原酶的活性及根茎中小檗碱的含量都较低,适合黄连生长,有效成分含量又高的氮浓度范围应该在1/2氮~1氮。结论:黄连根茎形成最高有效成分时所需的供氮水平较黄连植株旺盛生长所需求的氮水平低。
Objective:Selecting the best N concentrations for the growth of the Chinese goldthread(Coptis chinensis).Method:Employing sand culture proceduresResult:The symtpoms of shortage of nitrogen were rduced in low N(1/5N)solution,but the new roots and aerial parts were adversely affected in over nitrogen solution(2N);the activity of NR in leaves and the content of berberine in rhizome were also low in 2N solution;the range of optimum N concentrations for growth and high contents of effective components is 1/2N to 1N Conclusion: The consumption of nitrogen by Coptis chinensis is lower in the period of maximum contents of effective components in rhizome than in the period of luxuriant growing of the plant
