车前子多糖对小鼠阴道菌群失调的调整作用 被引量：15

摘要 目的:探讨车前子多糖对小鼠阴道菌群失调的调节作用。方法:34只雌性小鼠随机分成三组,除正常对照组外,其余两组用青霉素钠盐溶液小鼠阴道冲洗造成阴道菌群失调模型;用药后行阴道分泌物涂布培养。结果:模型组小鼠阴道内乳杆菌数量较正常对照组明显减少,药物处理组小鼠阴道内乳杆菌数量恢复并接近正常对照组水平。结论:车前子多糖对阴道菌群失调有调整作用。
