摘要
随着高校不断扩招，大学生就业已成为社会关注的焦点。从教育学的视角看，大学生在社会知识建构中出现知识片面发展、实践缺乏、思维僵化等问题，需要有针对性地强化实践性、批判性知识的的传授，培养其创新思维，以促进大学生就业。
With the continuous expansion of colleges and universities, the students＇ employment has become a focus of social concern. From the perspective of pedagogy, the college and university students have some problems of knowledge construction such as the one-sided development of knowledge, the lack of practice and rigid thinking and so on. Therefore, they need to strengthen the practice, gain critical knowledge and cultivate innovative thinking in order to promote their employment.
