非创伤性股骨头坏死模型的血液流变学及脂质代谢 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过激素及马血清共同诱导建立家兔股骨头缺血坏死的模型,观察该模型的血液流变学、血脂的变化,进一步了解股骨头坏死的发生机制。方法利用激素及马血清诱导兔的股骨头坏死模型,分组检测其4,8,12,16周的血液流变学和血脂、X线,其后处死取材,标本行组织病理学检查。结果实验组的血粘度和血脂,空骨陷窝率较对照组明显增高。结论非创伤性股骨头坏死与血粘度增高,微血栓形成,脂质代谢异常密切相关;激素及马血清诱导兔的股骨头坏死是一种较好的方法,尤其是在8~16周。 Objective To make the typical animal model of nontraumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head by employing a combined action of horse serum and methylprednisolone in experimental rabbits, to further investigate the hemorheology and lipid metabolism for the pathogenesis of nontraumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head.Methods Through the typical animal model of nontraumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head by employing a combined action of horse serum and methylprednisolone in experimental rabbits,to observe the hemorheology and lipid metabolism,X-ray in the all rabbits in the different steroids,and then the animals were executed,the femoral heads were taken out for histopathological examination. Results The hemorheology and lipid metabolism and he rate of empty lacuna in the femoral head were different in the experimental groups and control groups, there was a significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusions The pathogenesis of nontraumatic avaseular necrosis of femoral head is correlative with blood viscosity, lipid metabolism.The animal model is a better model,especially in 8-16 weeks.
