摘要
要确保电力行业员工职业培训的顺利进行,必须建立完善的培训质量测评体系。本文介绍了对培训测评的认识以及培训质量测评体系的构建,包括确定测评标准,制定测评计划;构建测评体系,实施测评工作;开展质量跟踪,提高培训效果。电力企业必须通过有效的职业培训,不断强化企业的竞争力、应变力,才能确保电力企业不断获得新的发展。
To ensure the quality of vocational training for staff of power industry, a sound evaluation system must be established. This essay gives a brief introduction of training evaluation and discusses about the establishment of the evaluation system, which includes determining evaluation standards, making evaluation plans, building evaluation system, implementing evaluation, carrying out quality tracking and improving training effects. Only through efficient vocational training can power industry enhance its competitiveness and adaptability for sustainability.
