摘要
公民的政府信息知情权,不仅是政治上的权利,也是法律上的权利,具有法律权利的一切属性和基本要求。政府信息知情权,以政府信息为对象,是独立存在的法律权利,它有相应的请求权、救济权要求,在实现公民知情权方面,也有制度、条件、经费、责任与救济的保障。
The right to know governmental information of citizen is not only a political right, hut also a legal right with all attributes and the basic requirements belonging to the legal right. As an independent legal right to exist, taking the governmental information as its object, the right to know governmental information has the corresponding right for petition and relief. Regarding the realization of citizen＇s right to know, it also has the assurance of the system, the condition, the funds, the responsibility and the relief.
