摘要
对ＭＩＭ（ＭｅｔａｌＩｎｓｕｌａｔｏｒＭｅｔａｌ）及ＭＩＳ（ＭｅｔａｌＩｎｓｕｌａｔｏｒＳｅｍｉｃｏｎｄｕｃｔｏｒ）隧道结的结构特点作了简单介绍，着重分析了其发光效应及发光光谱特性，并由此对隧道结的发光机理进行了讨论．
The structure and fabrication technology of MIM and MIS tunnel junctions are introduced simply. The light emitting characteristics and light spectra of the junctions are analyzed particularly. The light emitting mechanism of the junctions is also discussed.
