摘要
研究了掺铒氟化物非晶材料中铒离子在 488nm激光激发下的发光光谱特性 .观察到了 7个带的荧光谱 .解释了各个带的发光机制 ,并从中获得有关上转换发光的有益信息 .
In this paper,we have studied spectroscopic characterization of Er 3+ doped fluoride amorphous materials pumped at 488 nm. Seven bands of photoluminescence are observed,and the upconversion mechanism is brifely discussed.Some beneficial information on energy upconversion has been obtained.
