摘要
目的:对五味粉局部治疗复发性口疮(RAU)的疗效进行评价。方法:将211例RAU患者随机分为两组;实验组113例,对照组98例,分别用五味粉和冰硼散于溃疡面黏附外用,每日早、晚各1次,观察其临床效果。结果:疮疹样口疮及重型口疮两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);轻型口疮两组疗效比较实验组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:应用五味粉治疗RAU,特别是轻型效果良好,简单易行,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe and evaluate the efficiency of Wu-wei power on recurrent aphthous ulcer （RAU）. Methods： By unilateral-blind random method, 211 patients with RAU were selected and divided into two groups： 113 in experimental group and 98 in control group; twice a day, patients in former group were treated by topical-applying Wu-wei power on the surface of recurrent aphthous ulcer each morning and evening after the site around RAU was cleaned with 0.9% NaCl, while patients in latter group were treated with Bing-peng power. Observed and compared the clinical effect of two groups. Results： There was no significant difference between the effect on herpetiformis aphtha and severe aphtha （P 〉 0.05 ）. The effect on light aphtha in experimental group was more obvious than in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： It＇s a efficient way to treat patients with RAU, especially with minor aphthous ulcer by topical-applying Wu-wei power.
