制霉菌素联合冰硼散阴道上药治疗单纯性假丝酵母菌性阴道炎的临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨制霉菌素联合冰硼散阴道上药治疗假丝酵母菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将268例单纯性假丝酵母菌性阴道炎患者随机分成三组,观察组:152例,采用制霉菌素联合冰硼散阴道上药;对照1组:56例,采用单纯制霉菌素阴道上药;对照2组:60例,采用达克宁栓自行阴道放药治疗。结果观察组的治愈率和总有效率明显高于两个对照组,复发率明显低于两个对照组。对照组1的治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组2,复发率明显低于对照组2。结论制霉菌素联合冰硼散治疗假丝酵母菌性阴道炎效果优于单用制霉菌素;医院阴道擦洗上药效果优于自行阴道上药。
