摘要
目的将临床路径理念引入实习教学工作中,提高护生实习质量。方法将120名护生随机分为两组,实验组采用根据临床路径理念制定的实习路径进行教学,对照组采用传统教学法,评价其教学效果。结果两组护生实习满意度和考核成绩均有显著差异,实验组显著高于对照组。结论实习路径能显著提高实习质量。
Objective:To improve the practice teaching quality of nursing students by introducing the conception of clinical pathway in the course of practice teaching for nursing students. Methods: 120 nursing students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group received the practice teaching method based on the conception of clinical pathway, the control group received the traditional teaehing method, then their teaching effect was evaluated. Results: The degree of satisfaction of nursing students and the examination scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:The practice teaching method based on the conception of clinical pathway could promote signifieandy the practice quality
