摘要
高校高学历专职教学管理人员往往容易产生职业倦怠,究其原因主要有职业认同感低,晋升机会少,待遇偏低,考核机制不健全以及繁琐的日常事务和过大的工作压力。根据这些问题,提出人尽其才,合理安排工作岗位,建立科学合理的评价体系,提高待遇,创造有助于发挥潜能的培训机会以及营造和谐的工作氛围等人文关照策略,以期转变其职业倦怠的情绪,保证高校教学管理工作的高效运转。
In colleges and university, the full-time teaching administrators are easy to be listless. The main reason includes low professional identity,lacking promotion opportunities,low salaries, assessment mechanisms, as well as day- to--day affairs of the red tape and excessive work pressure. According to these issues, we must put forward ways to use of them best, arrange the work reasonably, establish scientific and rational evaluation system to improve treatment and help them to develop their potential to create training opportunities as well as to create harmonious working atmosphere,and other human care strategy with a view to changing the mood of burnout, to ensure the efficient management of the operation.
