摘要
目的:探讨心律及其波动与重建相位窗的关系。方法:268例疑似冠心病病人进行冠脉成像,按检查时心率及其波动分为以下四组:平均心率小于等于65次/min、心率波动小于等于6次组(A组);平均心率小于65次/min、心率波动大于6次/min组(B组);平均心率大于65次/min、心率波动小于等于6次/min组(C组);平均心率大于65次/min、心率波动大于6次/min组(D组);接受40层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像术,统计其最佳重建相位窗。结果:A组重建相位窗集中分布于60%~70%B组及C组RCA重建相位窗主要分布于30%~40%及60%~70%,LAD及LCX主要分布于60%~80%。D组RCA重建相位窗主要分布于30%~40%,LAD及LCX重建相位窗不规律。结论:心率及其波动对40层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的最佳重建相位窗有重要影响,心率控制在65次/min及以下,心率波动控制在6次/min及以下,最佳重建相位窗通常在60%~70%。心率在65次/min以上或波动大于6次/min的,一定要多时相重建。
Purpose: To evaluate the effect of heart rate and heart rate fluctuation on reconstruction window. Methods: Two hundred and sixty - eight patients with suspected coronary artery disease were divided into four groups according to their heart rates and fluctuations. Group A: the average heart rate was smaller than or equal to 65 per minute, heart rate fluctuation was smaller than or equal to 6; group B: the average heart rate was smaller than 65 per minute, heart rate fluctuation was above 6; group C: the average heart rate was higher than 65 per minute, heart rate fluctuation was smaller than 6; group D: the average heart rate was higher than 65 per minute, heart rate fluctuation was above 6. All these patients were undergone 40 - slice Spiral CT coronary angiography. The best reconstruction window of them were compared. Results: The best reconstruction window of group A distributed in 60% - 70% window. The best reconstruction window of RCA in group B and C mainly distributed in 30% - 40% window and 60% - 70% window, that of LAD and LCX mainly distributed in 60% - 80%. The best reconstruction window of RCA in group D mainly distributed in 30% - 40%, that of LAD and LCX were not constant. Conclusion: The heart rate and the fluctuation had the major effect to the best reconstruction window of multi - slice spiral CT coronary angiography. The best reconstruction window was usually in 50% - 70%, when the heart rate was controlled at 65 per minute and below and the heart rate fluctuation was controlled at 6 or below 10. When the heart rate was above 65 per minute or the fluctuation was above 10, multi- phase reconstruction must be carried on.
