摘要 目的 利用磁共振电影成像研究冠状动脉的运动规律。方法 选取不同心率的志愿者 3 5例 ,使用电影成像序列显示冠状动脉断面的运动轨迹 ,以 5 %R R间期为标准化时间单位 (NTU) ,分析冠状动脉运动轨迹和速度的特征。结果 冠状动脉各分支的运动轨迹存在个体差异。当心率小于 75bpm时 ,RCA和LCX在ECG触发延迟 75 %R R的舒张中期和40 %R R的收缩末期运动速度小于 3mm/NTU ,LAD在整个心动周期运动速度基本都小于 3mm/NTU。结论 心率小于 75bpm时 。 Objective To investigate the movement pattern of coronary arteries using cine MRI. Methods Total 35 volunteers with different heart rates were enrolled in the study. The movement patterns of coronary arteries were figured out on the cine images referred to orbits and velocities of their cross-points taking 5% R-R as normalized time unit (NTU). Results The movement orbits of coronary arteries were individually variable. RCA and LCX moved less than 3 mm/NTU during mid-diastole (75% R-R ECG trigger-delay) and end-systole (40% R-R ECG trigger-delay). LAD moved less than 3 mm/NTU throughout cardiac cycle. Conclusion At the heart rate less than 75 bpm, trigger-delay to mid-diastole is recommended for data acquisition or reconstruction to image coronary arteries. [
