摘要
采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,合成醋酸乙烯酯/叔碳酸乙烯酯(VAc/Veova10)共聚乳液,考察Veova10的加入量对共聚乳液胶膜的玻璃化转变温度和模量,乳液的粘接性能、稳定性能、黏度及微观状态的影响,结果表明:共聚改性后胶膜的低温脆性得到改善,乳液粘接性能略降低,贮存稳定性、稀释稳定性良好。
A copolymer latex of vinyl acetate(VAc)and vinyl ester of versatic acid(Veova10)was prepared by semi-continuous seeding emulsion polymerization. Some basic properties of the copolymer latex were found to be dependent upon the addition of Veova10. The results showed that: 1) low-temperature brittleness of the latex film was improved; 2) the shear strength of the copolymer latex decreased when the percentage of Veova10 was increased; 3) storage stability and dilution stability the copolymer latex were good when the percentage of Veova10 was below 30% of the total weight of all monomers.
