摘要
分析了物流企业的空间组织特性,论证了使用分形理论对企业空间组织进行研究的可行性,根据与人体运输系统的相似性说明了企业分形组织的建立原则,从自然进化的启发说明了企业空间自组织特性,为企业空间组织的设计提供了新的思路和方法。
The paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of logistics enterprise organization, demonstrates the feasibility of fractal theory in the study of spatial organization of enterprises and, in accordance with its similarity to the human body transport system, elaborates on the founding principles of the fractal organization of enterprise and, enlightened by natural evolution, deduces the self-organizing characteristics of enterprises.
