摘要
目的研究肿节风、玄参在体外对超氧阴离子自由基()的清除率影响,进一步探讨其药理作用机理。方法利用AP-TEMED系统产生超氧阴离子自由基及比色测定法,在分别加进肿节风、玄参水提取液后,计算清除率的变化。结果0.1g生药肿节风水提取液对清除率(x)为(43.62±3.90)%,0.1g玄参水提取液清除率(x)为(43.03±4.00)%;0.05g肿节风加0.05g玄参水提取液清除率(x)为(42.67±2.94)%,三者比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);0.1g肿节风加0.1g玄参水提取液清除率(x)为(75.48±0.96)%,明显高于前三者(P<0.01);0.1、0.05、0.025、0.0125g肿节风的清除率分别为50.85%、28.81%、22.88%、16.10%,r=0.9944;玄参为47.46%、35.59%、22.88%、12.29%,r=0.9643。结论肿节风、玄参对超氧阴离子自由基有较好的清除作用,合用后作用明显增强,可能与它们的药理作用有关。
Objective To study the clearance rate in vitro of herb medicine Glabrous Sarcandra Herb and Figwort Root on the SAFR,making further discusses its pharmacological action mechanism. Methods To take advantage of the AP-TEMED system to generate the superoxide anion radical(SAFR) and the trichromatic colorimetry, after added into Glabrous Sarcandra Herb and Figwort Root water extraet(PWE) separately, computation clearance rate change. Result 0.1g the crude drugs Glabrous Sareandra Herb water extraet(PWE) to the percentage clearance (O2)(x) was (43.62±3.90)%,0.1g the Figwort Root water extract (PWE) to the percentage clearance (O2)(x) was (43.03±4.00)%; 0.05g Glabrous Sareandra Herb to add the0.05g Figwort Root water extract (PWE) to the percentage clearance(O2)(x)was (42.67±2.94)%, For the comparison of three has no significant different (P〉0.05); 0.1g Glabrous Sarcandra Herb to add the 0.1g Figwort Root water extract(PWE) to the percentage clearance (O2)(x) was (75.48±0.96)%, is higher than first three (P〈0.01) obviously; 0.1, 0.05, 0.025, 0.0125g Glabrous Sareandra Herb of the percentage clearance was 50.85%, 28.81%, 22.88%, 16.10% respectively, r=0.9944; Figwort Root of the percentage clearance was 47.46%, 35.59%, 22.88%, 12.29% respectively, r=0.9643. Conclution It is proved from experiments that this approach, be better clearance rate for Glabrous Sarcandra Herb and Figwort Root on the SAFR,share the after-effect obvious enhancement, Possible to related to with theirs pharrnacologieal action.
